    As a Demand Planner We challenge you to deliver a sales plan for the assigned market by working closely with customers, key account managers, sales manager, controller & marketing for that market. You will manage the relation with selected key accounts in the area of supply chain management, focused on sales planning & improving customer satisfaction (NPS) by anticipation of customer requirements supported by appropriate processes.

    • Monitoring, management, operations of multiple local applications and commercial products
    • Developing in different platforms like VB, Dotnet, Oracle application, +C#, Java
    • Managing database: Oracle and SQL server
    • Act as informal team lead for application management team.
    • Day to day Operational activities:

                      1. (re) – Loading data loads

                      2. SFTP service & monitoring

                      3. Job monitoring

                      4. Job scheduling (Visualcron)

    • Changes/ project in abovementioned platforms in a DevOps setup
    • Contact / communicating with colleague in different countries, in and outside of IT

    You are…


    Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:

    • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science/ Electronics
    • Fluent English (both orally and in writing) is obligatory
    • 5+ years of working experience within IT operation support
    • Excellent communicator both verbal as written in IT and with customers and software suppliers
    • Experience in one or more development and database platforms as mentioned in tasks
    • Knowledge of infrastructure like servers, networks, VMware, certificates, proxies etc.
    • Experienced in working in ITIL framework and complex issue solving
    • Affinity with supported business processes (majority Sales, F&A, HR)
    • Disciplined and reliable in executing Operational tasks, individual contributor
    • Driving continuous improvement and able to work in DevOps.
