    For my Client - international Shared Service Centre I am looking for

    IT Support Specialist with English

    (1st / 2nd Line of Support)

    Location: Wrocław

    What will be your duties (depending on the role)?

    1st Line of Support:

    • providing IT Support & delivering high quality service,
    • logging incidents in the database and responding to incidents & requests,
    • solving basic incidents & transfering more advanced into 2nd Line,
    • contributing to improvement of service delivery.
    2nd Line of Support (as above and):
    • troubleshooting and solving issues transfered from the 1st Line,
    • solving complex issues & requests,
    • installing software.

    If you:

    • have previous experience of working on Helpdesk / Service Desk / IT Support (1st / 2nd Line) / Customer service position,
    • speak English fluently, knowledge of other languages as asset!
    • have BA / MA Degree,
    • have excellent communication & analytical skills,
