Your responsibilities

The person who joins us will be responsible for supporting our clients’ users. It is important to be able to effectively translate with an accessible user language and solve problems. Everyday work takes place in accordance with the established SLA rules. Tasks are related to:

supporting users in terms of hardware and software problems

supporting LAN / WiFi, VoiP and video monitoring

managing the equipment and keeping it in good condition

authorization management on client-server systems

construction and maintenance of simple WiFi networks

Our requirements

  • knowledge and skills at the level of IT technician

  • configuration skills of equipment used in warehouse

  • knowing and fluently supporting Windows (starting from 7)

  • experience in technical support of users (I or II line)

  • experience working with Active Directory and MS Exchange

  • experience working with Office and Office 365, Cloud Services

  • good command of English (minimum level of understanding technical documentation in English)
