Your responsibilities

  • Preparing workstations;

  • Installing and configuring the software;

  • Processing equipment orders;

  • Maintaining an inventory of IT equipment;

  • Taking care of IT equipment storage;

  • Supporting users in typical issues.

Our requirements

  • At least 2 years experience on IT Support position;

  • Very good knowledge of Windows systems;

  • Very good knowledge of MacOS systems;

  • Ability to diagnose and solve typical issues related to Windows, MacOS systems and computer networks;

  • Knowledge of the office IT equipment market;

  • Ability to use Google to solve issues;

  • Ability to talk to users who are not part of the IT department;

  • Ability to operate a screwdriver while assembling a desk or a computer;

  • Accuracy and attention to detail;

  • English at an intermediate level;

  • Polish at a fluent level;

  • Ability to work in our office in Wrocław.
