Your responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of infrastructures for electronic shelf labels (ESL) and digital signage
- Planning, set-up and support of customer-specific installations, configurations and projects
- Remote error analysis on the customer's system up to troubleshooting on customer's site
- Troubleshooting of system, network and software problems, analysis of log files
- Handling support requests and repair cases of our customers by phone and e-mail
- Correspondence with suppliers and partner companies
- Coordination of corrections with the 3rd level support of the ESL manufacturer
Our requirements
- Completed training as a system technician, IT specialist, university degree or equivalent professional experience
- Sound experience in the conception and operation of IT environments
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, structured and independent way of working
- Self-confident personality with strong communication skills
- Very good command of written and spoken English, good command of German would be an advantage
- Experience in project management, SQL and cloud solutions (MS Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable
