Your responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support to Windows users at every level of the organization

  • Ensure security and asset accountability for the office

  • Creative troubleshooting of issues that require solutions or innovative work-a-rounds,

  • Ensuring the 1st Level IT Hotline service for internal customers

  • Setting up new equipment and upgrading existing systems

  • Continuous management of all access rights personalized identities in our IT infrastructure.

  • Recording problems and their solutions for future reference

  • Taking part in various IT projects

Our requirements

  • Good knowledge of the Office365 cloud application, as well as desktop applications of MS Office

  • Understanding of IT network protocols, ability to track and solve issues with the network,

  • Quick grasp and willingness to learn new things,

  • Focus on solving problems and helping users to ensure their stable work in IT systems,

  • Well knowledge of Windowsoperating systems – Linux a plus,

  • Configuration and troubleshooting skills,

  • Strong ability to self-motivate and accomplish goals with minimal supervision, ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization,

  • Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies and assist users in understanding them,

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory,

  • Very good knowledge of English language ,
