Your responsibilities
- You will remotely support our on-site team solving 2nd level support IT issues and other technical queries for our customers/end users in Belgium and Netherlands.
- Tasks requiring hands on will be forwarded to the relevant local teams, where applicable.
- You will help educating end users to increase their IT knowledge mainly in the areas of digital collaboration and productivity tools.
- You will support the procurement process for IT Accessories.
- You will be traveling to the supported locations to cover absences of the onsite team.
Our requirements
- Ideally, you will have completed IT training or hold similar qualifications. We also welcome applications from professionals from other disciplines with an affinity for IT.
- You have first experience in using ticket systems and Active Directory.
- You are a proficient user of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft365.
- You have strong customer service skills and are an excellent communicator.
- You are highly motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- You are flexible and interessted in occasional business trips.
- You can speak and write fluently in English and Dutch.
