Your responsibilities
- 1st point of contact for IT related issues
- Managing incidents and problems in Zendesk ticket system
- Administration of user access and authorizations
- Maintenance and tracking of equipment / Laptops / Printers etc.
- Preparation of workstations / Ordering equipment
- Preparation of user guides / assistance with education of users
- Sending out It-equipment
Our requirements
- Relevant IT- educational background
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams
- Flexible, systematic, cooperative and communicative at all levels
- Open-minded with respect for other cultures and high standards for own work
- Able to communicate and share knowledge about IT in a language which the users understand
- Experience with computer hardware
- Structured and systematic work approach
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Driving license

We are expanding our team with an IT-Supporter to be based in our office in Szczecin (Poland). You will be responsible for all aspects of IT-support for everyone employed by GWS. We are looking for a candidate that is solution-oriented, self-motivating with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
