Your responsibilities

  • Providing 1st level support on application myDSV to internal and external users located worldwide.

  • Fulfilling KPI’s and being responsible for assigned tasks and following up in line with the SLA.

  • Servicing the chat and phone support as per assigned work schedule.

  • Registering all incoming mails, calls and incidents.

  • Documenting in details the incidents and troubleshooting steps taken.

  • Optimizing the usage of myDSV services through identifying potential for improvement and communicating this to developers and product owners

  • Supporting across divisional functions.

  • Participating in ad-hoc projects allocated by Management and completing them within agreed timeframes.

  • 2nd Level support on application Routing Engine

  • Support embedded PowerBI customer reporting

  • Daily usage of various tools (Jenkins, Jira, KeyCloak, Kibana, MS Dynamics, Lightwell etc.)

  • Cooperation with other global support teams.

Our requirements

  • Experience in customer service,

  • Experience with application support,

  • Knowledge and interest in how to support a customer in the best way,

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics or IT

  • Advanced spoken and written English skills

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Solution-oriented approach

  • Ability to act as a team player in a virtual community

  • Experience within freight forwarding is a plus
