Your responsibilities

  • You'll play an important role in developing and supporting the future internet based workplace based on cloud components. You'll find existing solutions which are in the process of consolidation with the idea behind to provide one common solution.

  • Improvements and development of tools in our Microsoft SQL based centrally managed Client configuration Management System.

  • Support, develop and improve our fully automated framework within our Client configuration Management System to create SCCM / Intune packages

  • Coordinates configuration/installation and general troubleshooting of SCCM / Intue issues. Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely to resolve problems using basic troubleshooting and technical skills (2nd and 3rd line of support), help to build a rich IT knowledge base by creating and maintaining process and resolution documentation.

Our requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, Cloud Device Management, SQL and advanced knowledge of Windows as well as excellent knowledge in Powershell programming),

  • Understanding of system administration, deployment and configuration, 2 - 3 years of experience in above area

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service background

  • Fluently spoken English.
