Twój zakres obowiązków

We are looking for a systems administrator experienced in managing multiple Windows servers, domain controllers, and storage facilities. We are looking for a person who is able to build and maintain sophisticated active-managed redundant internal networks. Also, skills and knowledge of High Availability and virtualization are crucial.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers.
Participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of their organization.
Install and upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades to IT infrastructure
Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees
Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts
Performing regular security tests and security monitoring
Track emerging technologies and implement them in the organization

Nasze wymagania

Windows domain experience
Working knowledge of virtualization
Thorough Windows Server and Linux operating systems knowledge
Networks - designing, building, managing active components, routing, redundancy
HA for Servers
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
Minimum 3 years of network administration, or system administration experience
Experience with scripting and automation tools
Knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices, including security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
Attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset (ability to solve problems under pressure)
Critical thinking
Nice to have skills:
A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
