Your responsibilities
Be responsible for VAS (Value Added Service), Projects/CRs (Change Request) roll-out, commissioning, and acceptance test.
Perform technical support, routine maintenance tasks (including 7*24 on-duty shift), troubleshooting, handling the alarms and system improvement, etc.
Support bidding and CRs requests, leading to new POs.
Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues.
Provide customer reports.
Improve customer relationships.
Take all kinds of technical training and improve the maintenance, and share the experience with all team members.
Our requirements
Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
3+ years experience in the telecommunications field.
Solid knowledge of (Online Charging System/Intelligent Network/Gateway Mobile Location Center) and technologies as a significant differentiator.
A thoroughly understanding Linux (Redhat/Suse) / Database (Oracle/Sybase/Mysql) / IP(Switch/Router).
Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills.
Proficient in English & Polish.
Willingness to work in shifts or in a flexible program, if necessary.
