Your responsibilities

  • own end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (mainly: tech & project management)

  • cooperate directly with Hiring Managers and our Business Units to understand hiring needs and requirements, set priorities and ensure a robust candidate pipeline for open positions

  • work in ATS (Greenhouse) and on internal documents to provide efficient recruitment administration and data-driven insights to share with internal stakeholders on a regular basis

  • ensure proactive high-level sourcing using Linkedin Recruiter, networking, Boolean searches, and creative approaches to reach out to candidates

  • maintain remarkable candidate experience by providing on-time communication, and building strong relationships

  • support and actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and activities

  • work in our office in Poznań, Bydgoszcz or Katowice or remotely (but it’s important for us to have a chance to meet in person from time to time)

Our requirements

  • at least 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (in-house or/and recruitment agency)

  • a good understanding of the tech industry and IT labor market

  • eagerness to develop your recruiting skills, learning and sharing knowledge within the area of modern sourcing tools and techniques

  • excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a fast-changing environment

  • strong interpersonal skills including building relationships and negotiations

  • Polish and English proficiency (B2+ is a must)

  • salary depending on presented skills: 7000 – 10 000 PLN gross / replacement contract (at least 24 months) or 8000 – 11 000 PLN / B2B. Choose the employment type that works best for you
