Your responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, releasing offers)
Develop and utilize advanced search techniques to identify candidates
Conduct comprehensive market and competitor’s analysis
Organize and take part in Employer Branding initiatives
Our requirements
Min. 2-3 years' experience within a full cycle recruitment position with strong client focus
Experience in IT recruitment
Excellent networking abilities and communication skills
Proactive and can-do attitude
Experience of social media within the recruitment arena
English language skills allowing for smooth communication in a multinational environment
Experience with Workday is an asset
