Your responsibilities

  • Work with great recruiters within growing Talent Attraction & Acquisition team (22 people) and collaborate with highly-skilled colleagues among People & Culture team

  • Be the first point of contact with candidates & provide effective recruitment searching on daily basis

  • Develop job ads for attracting potential candidates

  • Easily build long term relationships within the team and outside of an organization

  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

  • Build and implement sourcing strategies

  • Develop talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns

  • Provide regular recruitment reports and statistics

  • Support EB Team with sourcing analysis and identification of talents

  • Participate in recruitment events and team integration activities

  • Autonomously execute multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines to get the job done

Our requirements

  • At least one year of talent sourcing experience with recruitment agency, RPO or in-house

  • Passion for identifying talents and building strong relationships to proactively network and engage with candidates. Yes, we appreciate it if your network on LinkedIn counts more than 500 people and you do know how to use searching tools :)

  • Eagerness to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop ‘out of the box’ approaches to sourcing candidates

  • Demonstrated research experience and expertise using Boolean search and other sourcing techniques

  • Hands-on experience with diversified sourcing techniques.

  • Being up to date with sourcing trends.

  • Effective time-management abilities.

  • Good communication skills in English and Polish (minimum B2)

  • Be definitely a “social person”, who is eager to network and talk to others and has enough empathy to understand others’ needs
