Your responsibilities

  • Co-develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with the company’s talent acquisition strategy

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, Behance, and Github)

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements

  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates

  • Craft, send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates

  • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to sell the job opportunity and confirm mutual expectations

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)

  • Creating and manage “talent pools” for frequently hired roles

  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired

  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks

  • Contact past applicants for new job opportunities

  • Promote our employer brand online and offline

  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)

  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires

  • Conduct market research by competitor/geography mapping

Our requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Sourcer, or similar role in the IT field

  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases. Experience in interacting with professionals in niche platforms, like Github and Behance is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

  • It would be nice if you are familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and resume databases, have experience in recruitment agency and/or global environment

  • You have a very good command of English, both written and verbal

  • You have good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously

  • You are able to reach out to different types of candidates, to engage with them and positively present our company and open roles

  • You know how to review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates and are able to use different sourcing tools and technologies

  • You know the latest trends in recruitment, like to test new tools and have thirst for more knowledge

  • You are proactive, tenacious and assertive

Our Talent Acquisition Team is growing and we are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support us and help us hire qualified candidates faster.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Your objective will be to search for and identify talent, generate leads, and build interest in available positions. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs.

If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media, enjoy learning about different roles, and are a friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills - we’d like to meet you.

Additional details

  • Location: Kraków or remotely from Poland

  • Start date: as soon as possible (however, we’re happy to wait for the right person)

  • Salary: up to 9 000 gross/monthly (employment contract)
