About the project
For our customer, international law company, we are looking for Team Leader who will be leading two teams – Technical Asset Management Team and Application Management & Deployment.
Project information:
• Location: Warsaw (hybrid model of work, 2 days per week from the office, 3 days remotely)
• Type of employment: contract of employment
• Remuneration: 20 000 – 23 000 PLN gross
• Level: Mid
• Project language: Polish and English
• Contract length: Indefinite/ long-term
• Start date: depending on candidate’s availability
Your responsibilities
Managing the firms Software and Hardware Assets.
Licencing – Procurement, Troubleshooting, Provisioning, Reporting, Licence reclamation.
MS Licencing (Infrastructure and Office 365) - Lockbox, MS licencing management and monitoring.
Hardware Asset Management - Manage the HAM database, Reporting, Clean-up.
Packaging, deployment, reporting and compliance of the firm’s 200+ applications.
Ensuring the team package supported applications to a high standard.
Coordinating and scheduling releases of applications.
Ensuring compliance of deployed applications.
Ensuring systems are patched to agreed timelines and compliant for both licences and security.
Working closely with other teams to ensure effective delivery based on business and strategic requirements.
Our requirements
People management skills - mentor, coach and train the teams to develop to their full potential.
Experience of reporting tools and forecasting e.g. PowerBI, Excel.
Understanding of product/app roadmaps & lifecycle.
Budget management.
Managing good relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent English skills.
Optional
SQL reporting skills.
Good technical understanding of apps.
Technical understanding of SCCM, Flexera Products, applications.
Appreciation of Security patching and Microsoft Windows OS & Office feature release and respective channels.
