About the project
We are looking for an IT Team Leader for our IT, technology & product department, which designs and develops the products, services and infrastructures that together build the future of OVHcloud.
Always on the lookout for innovation, these passionate fans are focused on solving complex technological problems.
Our Team Leader will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a group of 9 professionals, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives and successfully contributing to the development and maintenance of the public cloud product. This includes performance management, professional development, and fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
Your responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the team to ensure alignment with company objectives and successful contribution to the public cloud product development and maintenance.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Drive innovation, identify areas of improvement, and ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and other teams within the organization internationally.
Our requirements
Proven experience leading and managing diverse software development and SRE technical team.
Strong technical background in development, SRE, OpenStack technology, and public cloud solutions.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects successfully.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to drive innovation and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Fluent in English and Polish, working effectively in an international team environment.
