About the project
The CEE IT Infrastructure regional team consists of high skilled Service Desk technicians, IT operations engineers and project managers. Our goal is to provide to our customers the possible highest quality on IT infrastructure services, following the company standards and ITIL recommendations.
Your responsibilities
- Provide technical support on-site or remotely to users primarily in the area of front-end device
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems
- Diagnosing and resolving problems
- Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery where it’s possible
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities
- Working as a member of the regional team to provide efficient service delivery to all users within the assigned IT Region, work together with other IT-Teams and travel if necessary
Our requirements
- 2+ years of experience in similar role
- Skills with working on all variants MS Windows and MS Office
- Active Directory experience and a keen interest in networking
- Experience diagnosing and repairing IT equipment
- Finished higher education (preferably in IT related field)
- Valid driver’s license (B category)
- Good command in English, verbally and in writing (obligatory)
