Your responsibilities
Answering customer requests or inquiries in Danish;
Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs;
Delivering first-class customer experience;
Creating a positive impression of the support team.
Our requirements
Excellent Danish written and spoken language skills are a must;
Good knowledge of English;
Availability to work on a shift schedule;
Elementary knowledge of Computing devices like Laptops, PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc..
What we offer
Competetive salary: 9000 PLN gross pay with a contract of employment or 55-61/h gross with a contract of mandate;
After the training in the office, the job is done remotely from home;
