About the project
Sonova will centralize parts of its finance function in Warsaw. The IT Tool Specialist will be supporter for various corporate application.
Your responsibilities
First and second level support for finance applications
Collaboration with different stakeholders on behalf of HQ departments
Acting as SPOC for finance tools
Troubleshooting of complex issues related to supported applications – Ariba, Planon, Signavio and Innowera
Defining requriments for new software releases
Verifiaction, validation and testing of new software releases
ERP master data troubleshoting and data housekeeping
Interface monitoring and system healthchecks
Process adaptation and support of GC's without procurement departments
Database cleaning
Incidient ticket administration
Regular User Management / Authorization concept
Employer requirements
University degree in IT or education in Economy/Finance related field
3-5 year in supporting Finance related applications
Knowledge of SAP ERP
Basic accounting knowledge or finance processes understanding
MS Office skills
Good command of English (Polish and German will be a strong asset)
Continuous improvement mindset
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
