To achieve our ambitious goals, we are currently looking for high potential IT
Transformation Manager, to support the Head of IT Transformation in driving the
transformation of the IT function towards an international, adaptable and innovative
IT. You would be leading defined areas or processes in the light of the IT
Transformation.
Your scope of work covers the following topics:
• contribute to the definition and implementation of the target setup of the UI
group’s IT organization.
• drive transformation towards an international, adaptable innovative IT (foster
digital leadership skills, autonomous, self-deciding teams, dissolution of
hierarchical behaviors, international collaboration e.g. with partners)
• project management of IT transformation initiatives and work packages
• build and lead strong, cross-functional IT service/project teams that can assume
end-to-end responsibility for their projects or set of services
• change management for all employees and stakeholders involved in
transformation initiatives
• define and provide the right environment for IT teams to deliver high performance
and excel
• grow/foster an agile mindset and an agile way of working (e.g. agile working
methods)
• first experiences in project or line management in an international, distributed
organizations, preferably in the financial services industry grow/foster an agile
mindset and an agile way of working (e.g. agile working methods)
• experienced in providing and optimizing IT services (e.g. ITIL), agile software
development (e.g. Scrum) and/or DevOps
• experience in an agile, customer experience-oriented IT function with
contributions in change initiatives
• experienced in cloud architectures, cloud operations and migrating an existing IT
application landscape into the cloud
• knowledge of APIs and API platform management
• ideally practical experience in Microsoft technologies (Microsoft Dynamics, Power
Platform, Data Platform and/or MS Azure) or one of the following technologies
and programming languages: SAP, Oracle, Docker, Java, SQL, Phyton, C#
• proactive attitude with strong motivation and persistence
• great communication skills, acting as vision translator
• fluent in English (written and spoken)
