Your responsibilities
Responsibilities :
• Your main task will be to support in strategic projects expanding and consolidating our vast IT4IT landscape. This landscape supports Vattenfall IT in delivering it services, like service management tools, DevOps and Test tools, enterprise application portfolio management tools and various other tools both in on-premise and in cloud. You will contribute to key initiatives in Vattenfall IT to deliver
• Enabling automation and injection of AI in internal IT delivery processes (like request handling, incident resolution, standard services)
• Information and in solution architecture for IT4IT landscape to ensure correct steering information – and know where master data should reside and what other data should be used.
• Actively shape the IT4IT Target landscape and consolidation of incumbent tools to enable a simplified, self-service and security-proof landscape.
Your key activities will be:
• Coordinating the creation of an as-is landscape (including scope) for IT4IT and VIT Internal systems
• Creating an overview of data landscape/integration (what data do we push where)
• Contributing to the definition of data objects (so we know where the source is coming from)
• Creating of the IT4IT Roadmap with the support of IT4IT Architect
• Participating and driving IT4IT projects
• Cooperating with process owners on delivery and support processes improvements
• Developing and managing functional requirements, writing user stories and explaining vision to system owners / development teams
Our requirements
We are looking for a Consultant with IT4IT (3-5y experiences) architecture / business analyst background that has experience in creating or contributing to the concepts like target architecture, solution selection, architecture reviews
Moreover, you have strong communication skills and are comfortable to engage with senior management and engineers to discuss solutions
You know how to combine and balance stakeholders’ interests and are not afraid to take decisions to ensure output is being realized.
We believe that you are dedicated to your work and enjoy being in an ever-changing environment and work under pressure when needed
Having knowledge and experience of ITIL framework and its implementation, as well as building Information Architecture is advantageous
Fluent in English in written and spoken (Strong B2/C1)
Fluent in Polish in written and spoken (Strong B2/C1)
Strong communication skills

We are looking for a candidate located in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands or Poland
Working experience with IT4IT domain; service management, service desk, DevOps, Testing, monitoring, automation – and knowing how to integrate these tools
Ideally you have a background in technical consultancy where you quickly grasp a complex issue and communicate it correctly and clearly to management, and are subsequently not afraid to explain the solution proposal to the technical teams
