    ITM Operations Specialist
    (Learning Program Specialist/ Data Specialist/ Reporting Specialist)
    Place of work: Kraków
    About the role:
    Under supervision and guidance, you will be responsible for supporting the development, execution and maintenance of the Global Commercial Insurance Academy (GCIA) micro and macro learning programs and solutions. You will be coordinating the processes and activities with our online learning platform provider / ITM team on the day to day aspects related to the Zurich Oxygen Academy (ZOA) platform.


    • support as SME for GCIA i.e. provides technical LMS and online learning design expertise and serves as the escalation point for Level 1 support requests (user management); 
    • provides consultative support to development teams on the design and structuring of complex and new curriculums / learning channels / blendedX
    • works on establishing and optimizing automated reporting. Tracks and analyzes learning data and business metrics; creates presentations that illustrate themes and trends as extrapolated from the data and metrics from multiple data sources including cleansing, mapping and visualization of data.
    • under supervision creates and reworks simple learning solutions using Zurich’s visual design framework.
    • under supervision creates and reworks simple micro learning solutions using GCIA’s authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Quiz Wiz, Learnbot etc); creates, cuts and edits audio and video learning solutions.
    • Is responsible for a defined set of learning governance and quality assurance  (QA) activities on behalf of GCIA.
    Candidate’s profile:
    • University degree 
    • Fluent English
    • Min. 1-2 years of experience in learning & development operations
    • Experience with data reporting and analytics 
    • Master level experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
    • Ability to work under pressure and to complete tasks while concurrently managing multiple projects, internal work, and end-user support
    • Team player and service / customer mindset; self-directed, is used to / can work as part of a virtual team, curious and eager to develop and learn
