That’s why we are creating a 6 people internal tools team in our 100 strong Warsaw office located just next to Metro Politechnika.

This position is all about understanding how IT works in huge organisations like ours and having an affinity for people and building strong honest relationships with them.

You will improve and upgrade our IT service management processes and systems so we can run our business smoothly. Be a connection point between developers, IT and Security Architects, and Process stakeholders so you can understand their needs and drive alignment around release roadmap and solution design of Ivanti applications.

Daily it will come down to:
  • Administering Ivanti Service Manager (https://www.ivanti.com/solutions/it-service-management) by data gathering and analisys, developing task managment, quality assuarence and maintanance
  • Developing new solutions and handling upgrades
  • Improving processes, standards, policies and working methods and tools and checking if they are used consistently across all of the departments
  • Reduce repetitive tasks through monitoring, automation and staff training
  • Supporting tool integrations
  • Cooperation with your team members
Must haves:
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational support with experience in ITSM/ITIL process analysis and improvement
  • Good verbal and written English skills
Preferred:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • ITIL certification
  • Web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services etc.)
  • SaaS environment experience
  • SQL
  • Understanding SSO (Single Sign On) software
