Your responsibilities

  • Incident Management, Change Management and Service Support team.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Infrastructure/applications production support (Level 1 support activities)

  • Drive daily status service health reports (issues/ outstanding issues/ health checks of all IT environments)

  • Manage, monitor, and perform routine IT operational maintenance activities to preserve system capabilities and help ensure these functions as expected

  • Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of Major Incidents, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to service owners to restore services in short time

  • Manage the partner and supplier ecosystem to ensure quality operations and deliverables as well as continuous performance management and oversight in line with role requirements

  • Proactively manage and remediate risks in Change & Incident Management processes

  • Build detailed documentation of these processes and governance mechanism

Employer requirements

  • Overall, 15-18 years of experience in Support functions primarily managing ITSM for Infra & Application Support

  • Must have 8-10+ years' experience and understanding in supporting large scale enterprise wide ITSM functions like change/incident management

  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work

  • Strong experience in managing and providing leadership to internal and outsourced team size (8-10 team members).

  • Experience as a Team Lead in managing ITSM Management functions

  • Strong experience in Service Delivery Management, Process Management, Operational Governance on all production services activities and domains

  • Strong experience in managing multiple vendor partners and bring them together to resolve critical incidents, manage complex changes

  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments

  • Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture

  • Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate impact and changes management and other IT development partners
