Your responsibilities
taking a business problem and come up with the technical strategy (push vs pull etc, real time vs batches, sync vs async) within the team, high level design and lead the implementation
collaborating with SDEs across teams working on the same or similar business problem
influencing team’s technical and business strategy by suggesting novel approaches
being able to communicate ideas and get feedback from different stakeholders and drive convergence to achieve the right outcomes
mentoring the rest of the team and helping in hiring
ensuring design or architectural deficiencies are addressed
consistently leading delivery of valuable features
proposing and driving process improvements
helping elaborate requirements where necessary
Our requirements
at least 3 years of documented experience in IT
Java programming skills
good knowledge of other programming languages & paradigms and when to apply them
knowledge of at least one of backend solutions (Spring, EJB, JPA/Hibernate)
knowledge of at least one of frontend solutions (AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bootstrap, JSF, Ext JS, React.js)
experience in working in project environment
software testing skills
experience in Scrum methodology
very good communication and presentations skills
very good knowledge of written and spoken English
innovative approach to problem solving
