Your responsibilities
Leading an Agile Scrum team and guiding them towards success.
Working on projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and test-driven development.
Expanding your knowledge and experience by working on various exciting projects and sharing your expertise with the team.
Applying your communication skills in a diverse team environment.
Being the go-to person for technical questions and providing technical support to your team members.
Ensuring that the project adheres to our technical quality standards, such as test-driven development.
Designing sustainable state-of-the-art software solutions.
Providing technical leadership to your team members and guiding them in their professional growth.
Constantly developing and improving your tech-stack and architecture know-how.
Our requirements
Knowledge of analytics, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modularization.
Hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes) and ideally also with Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google).
Experience with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Proficiency in designing and communicating software architecture in cloud systems to all stakeholders.
Ability to estimate the financial impact of architecture alternatives.
Extensive experience in developing software applications with Java for years.
Fluent in English.
