EMEA Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) SCMP


Position goals:  

  • Support execution of cluster sourcing strategies for expense spend,
  • Hard savings/cost avoidance/value adds delivery,
  • Ensure all JLL sourcing and contracting standards are maintained throughout the cluster,
  • Manage supplier relationships,
  • Support regional and sourcing initiatives.

Responsbilities:                                                    

 

The EMEA SCMP Buyer is undertaken and develop in the following activities:

  • Annual Sourcing Plan implementation for cluster as per assigned projects.
  • Execution of sourcing strategies and regional initiatives.
  • Support to all expense Sourcing in the cluster. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of goods and services against specific business requirements.
  • Undertaking RFP’s and associated process and evaluation.
  • Undertake e-auction/ electronic RFP through Ariba system.
  • Risk Management. Identify and take steps to reduce business risk through the execution of effective sourcing strategies.
  • Provide purchasing support to Sourcing Managers.
  • Support JLL regional sourcing programs, as requested by the Management. Give input, feedback and assist with the execution in the cluster.
  • Responsible for the administration of the Strategic Sourcing Audit program to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle contracting best practices and standards.
  • Provide KPI monitoring through JLL systems regionally (supplier performance).
  • Savings delivery for assigned projects and respective reporting (Hard savings/cost avoidance/value adds).
  • Flow to work (additional purchasing projects) depending on the business need.

Candidate profile:

  • Fluent in English and other European / Middle East language – mandatory requirement,
  • Purchasing experience - Bachelor’s degree required or 5 Years’ experience in a similar role – mandatory requirement,
  • Experience in Procurement/ e-auctions and sourcing contracted services,
  • Strong analytical ability required,
  • Excellent numerical and commercial acumen,
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills,
  • Good Follow-through of actions – Take responsibility for completion of tasks,
  • Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems,
  • Excellent inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills,
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel.
