EMEA Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) SCMP

 

Position goals:  

  • Support execution of cluster sourcing strategies for expense spend,
  • Ensure all JLL sourcing and contracting standards are maintained throughout the cluster,
  • Manage supplier relationships,
  • Support regional and sourcing initiatives,
  • Co-ordinate the Savings and analytics reporting.

Responsbilities:                                                    


The EMEA SCMP Buying Co-ordinator is undertaken and develop in the following activities:

  • Manage the on-boarding of suppliers to ensure compliance to JLL / client requirements.
  • Manage supplier pre-qualification and compliance to EHS, bank, financial stability and insurance requirements.
  • Supplier liaison & relationship development.
  • Vendor master data set up and capability tracker.
  • Manage the Supplier segmentation process.
  • Manage JLL systems PICS/ Hiperos/ DAB.
  • Manage and maintain contract documentation.
  • Change control & co-ordination of approvals with FMs and suppliers across Account.
  • Reporting: compliance, contract analytics, actual spends against a budget/ contracted price, savings and cost avoidance,
  • Manage the performance league tables.
  • Development of subcontract change request documentation based on approved client contract.
  • Co-ordinate KPI monitoring through JLL systems regionally (supplier performance).
  • Liaison with on-account Finance team regarding cost save value tracking and forecasting against portfolio budget limits.
  • Co-ordinate and report on savings, providing regional summaries.
  • Training of tools and best practices to the Sourcing / operations community
  • Take and typing of meeting minutes, memos, letters, notices etc. as and when required.

Candidate profile:

  • Fluent in English – mandatory requirement,
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree and 3 Years’ experience in a similar role – mandatory requirement,
  • Good command of another European or Middle Eastern language would be a valuable asset,
  • Strong analytical ability required,
  • Excellent numerical and commercial acumen,
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Good Follow-through of actions – Take responsibility for completion of tasks,
  • Strong analytical skills to achieve transparency of supplier costs and scope,
  • Excellent inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills,
  • Excellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel.
