Position Summary

To grow Energizer market share and size of business in International customers in the most cost-effective manner.

Accountabilities
  • Sales and operational profit planning & execution. Generate and execute corrective actions to reach targets and plans.
  • Execution of the trade, distribution, price and promotional strategies and tactics
  • Yearly customer negotiations
  • Set up of strategic customer business plans, derive yearly initiatives
  • Data analysis on category development to include the category management
  • Keeping active contact with decision-makers to realize the business goals
  • Monitoring of the stock, account receivables.
  • Gather competitive information and build necessary plans to win in each store in the most cost-effective manner
  • Active cooperation with Trade Marketing and Customer Service
  • Taking active role in promo development
  • Reporting as per given rules and templates
  • Leadership of Field Force Manager Hungary and his team on execution of merchandising and visibility guidelines
  • Active co-operation with field force on local initiatives
  • Ensure international floor pricing guidelines met
  • Building multifunctional and multi-level relations with customers
  • Other tasks as outlined by line manager
Required Skills and Experience
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • 3 years of minimum experience in a Key Account Management role preferable from an FMCG background (knowledge of different distribution channels such as food, DIY, B2B in household or non-food sector; and experience working in a multi-national environment is highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of the environment in Poland. Other markets’ expertise will be an additional asset.
