    As a Junior Financial & Banking Operations Representative, you’ll work under direct supervision, supporting senior team members in following activities:


    • Handling financial transactions and information.
    • Maintaining good relationship with Clients via phone and e-mail.
    • Creating standard and ad hoc reports.
    • Identifying potential risk in the process.
    • Supporting Team and Managers in constant improvements.


    • Strong interest in finance.
    • Strong English knowledge (B2 level is a minimum).
    • Internships/work in finance/customer care would be an asset.
    • Excellent client service skills.
    • Good attention to details.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
