    We are looking for Junior 2nd Line Technical Support Specialist
    Location: Poznan, Poland

    Main tasks:

    • solving technical issues of PayU Merchants during integration process and during transaction processing
    • answering technical issues and questions from merchants by email and phone regarding integration between PayU services with merchant’s software
    • case ownership, contact person for the merchants, resolving tickets as well as creating tickets to the other departments and lead to the final closure of the tickets
    • gathering of all relevant information and use of solution scenarios in order to identify/reproduce/ resolve the merchant query
    • explaining and updating technical documentation for merchants and Customer Support first line with new products and tools descriptions, use cases helping during integration process
    • preparing DB Queries to support diagnosis and resolution of any technical issues
    • preparing DB Queries for additional reports
    • creating internal tools for automation issues analysis

    We expect that you present: 

    • BSc degree (technical field of studies preferred)
    • technical understanding
    • customer support / technical customer support experience
    • experience with databases: MySQL, MSSQL
    • fluency of English
    • fluency Polish
    • strong spoken and written communication skills
    • well organized and self-reliant working
    • high readiness to learn, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
    • development languages: JAVA, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic level knowledge will be advantage)
