We are looking for a new colleague, who is excited to join us on our journey in expanding our business within complex solutions to the renewable industry. The renewable market in Poland is rapidly growing, and we seek an ambitious and outgoing person, who can support our Sales Director for Eastern Europe in winning new projects for our Client.

Our customers are our main focus. This is where you’ll be able to shine and show us what you are capable of by acquiring knowledge of our customers and their requirements, and by identifying sales opportunities and analyzing their businesses.

You will be joining a professional, young team in a dynamic and innovative company, where striving for success is considered a positive thing! We have an international mindset, and you will be working with customers across the Eastern European region, as well as colleagues from around the world, who are incredibly helpful and talented within their field of expertise.

As our Junior Account Manager, you will participate in all aspects of the sales process in cooperation with the commercial lead and collect the relevant input needed to ensure a smooth handover of the project from Sales to our Project Management team.

You will contribute to our organization by developing reliable business relationships with customers, working directly with them to understand their business strategy, technical requirements & processes, so we are able to maximize customer satisfaction and win new opportunities within the market.

You should expect approximately 60 traveling days per year in this position.

We imagine you have a strong commercial mindset and ideally you have 2-3 successful years of work experience in sales, but we are also open to candidates, who are just starting out a career in this area. The most important to us is that you are ambitious, and you are at the point in your career, where you aim to accomplish much more in your next steps.

Your responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

  • Research prospects and generate leads.

  • Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by e-mail, and in person.

  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals based on Sales Support calculations.

  • Maintain a CRM database.

  • Handle inquiries from customers.

  • Participate in fairs and conferences.
