Your responsibilities
- Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader
- Prepare specifications/reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data
- Prepare invoices and/or other documentation and send them to the clients
- Matching incoming payments against open items, investigating any differences
- Preparing parts of the monthly reconciliation
- Communication with internal and external RSSC customer in an effective and efficient manner
- Reporting periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements
- Participating in continuous improvement process
Our requirements
- Very good command of German and English (both verbal and written)
- University/ College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Experience in similar position – nice to have
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with process documentation will be an asset
- Very good communication skills, customer focus and ability to work in the team
- Preferably SAP and MS Office knowledge
