About you

• You have a very good level of spoken and written English (B2) and German (B2)
• Using Microsoft Office applications is not a challenge for you

About the roles:

Junior Accountant

• accounting of receipts from the client
• posting of bank statements
• checking settlements with clients, explaining differences
• updating customer bank details in the system
• ongoing analysis of inflow of receivables
• improvement of receivables turnover ratios
• participation in activities related to the month-end closing

Back Office Specialist

• Working with documents
• Collaboration with other departments
• Answering inquiries by phone and e-mail
• Working with the system
• Verification of data

Not experienced enough?

Don't worry, comprehensive training is waiting for you if you are interested in accounting or finance. Experience in the office is all you need.

Nice to have

• Analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Communication and interpersonal skill
