Your responsibilities
Master data maintenance
PO verification & SES creation
Issuing invoices to contractors in SAP
Contractors expenses settlement
Contractors accounts reconciliation
Verification of correctness of contractors AP invoices and preparing them for posting in SAP, support in month end closing activities
Handling contractors’ invoices on the purchasing platform
Communication and assistance to contractors in their settlements with the company
Assisting in daily administrative tasks
Our requirements
Fluent English is a must (both written and spoken)
Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Basic accounting knowledge
Analytical mindset, attention to details
Self-reliance in work
Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
Proactive approach
Optional
Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
University degree in accounting or finance or Polish Accountants' Association qualification
