Your responsibilities
- Master data maintenance
- PO verification & SES creation
- Issuing invoices to contractors in SAP
- Contractors expenses settlement
- Contractors accounts reconciliation
- Verification of correctness of contractors AP invoices and preparing them for posting in SAP, support in month end closing activities
- Handling contractors’ invoices on the purchasing platform
- Communication and assistance to contractors in their settlements with the company
- Assisting in daily administrative tasks
Our requirements
- Fluent English is a must (both written and spoken)
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Analytical mindset, attention to details
- Self-reliance in work
- Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
- Proactive approach
Optional
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- University degree in accounting or finance or Polish Accountants' Association qualification
