Your responsibilities
Performing financial processes, e.g., processing payments, invoices, monthly reconciliations, preparing reports in a timely and quality manner
Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
Assisting in various month end closing related activities
Supporting in development and implementation of best-practice processes
Cooperation with other departments
Ensuring all relevant KPIs are met
Our requirements
Previous experience in the finance / accounting area (at least 6 months)
Good English skills, at least B2 level
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to details and ability to analyse data and check its accuracy
University diploma preferably in accounting, economy or finance-related disciplines (or being a student available full time)
Strong communication skills
Optional
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
Experience in BPO/SSC environment would be an asset

Join Tate & Lyle GSS in Łódź as a Junior Accountant! It’s an exciting opportunity to dive into financial and accounting processes in an SSC environment, developing your current knowledge.
You will be engaged in performing R2R / O2C / P2P activities on time to ensure financial data completeness.

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT.
