Your responsibilities
Preparing Sales Opportunity report on weekly basis
Reviewing report Won Opportunities – checking back-up documentation, validating the input data
Resolving discrepancies with Accounts Managers
Reconciliation Commission Report containing all Won Opportunities and Paid YTD
Calculating Commissions
Preparing Individual Statements
Applying adjustments to commission plan and targets
Distribution Individual Statements to each AM
Resolving queries raised by AM
Our requirements
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
Being a recent graduate, preferably in a finance-related discipline
Very high attention to details, assertiveness, responsibility and self-motivation
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Having sound IT awareness, including a good knowledge of Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Databases
Optional
Experience in Finance is considered to be an advantage (although not essential)
Knowledge of SAP is considered to be an advantage (although not essential
