Your responsibilities
You will be a part of our finance team and will be based in our Poznan office. You will provide financial support to our offices in German/Italian speaking countries.
You will ensure compliance with country and McKinsey specific accounting, expense regulations and policies.
In this role, you will prepare and process timesheet and expense report transactions for our German/Italian offices. You will also support some of our other European offices in their daily accounting duties.
You will process data and assist in providing basic analytical support, problem solving and data interpretation. You will respond to inquiries on financial policies and tools.
Lastly, you will implement improvements into processes and establish long-term relationships with internal stakeholders.
Our requirements
University degree or equivalent preferably with a focus on finance and accounting
Basic accounting and finance knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and basic problem-solving skills
Strong process focus and drive for results
Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships
fluent English (C1) and basic or no German/Italian skills or fluent in German/ Italian (C1) and good English communication skills (B2)
