Your responsibilities
- Recording of all transactions related to fixed assets and intangible assets (invoices, depreciation, liquidation, sale, settlement of fixed assets under construction)
- Keeping a register of fixed assets and intangible assets
- Settlement of inventory of fixed assets and intangible assets
- Monthly JE preparation and posting
- Preparation of all necessary reports and statements related to fixed assets and leasing transactions
- Preparation of quarterly balance sheet reconciliations related to the above
- Posting purchase invoices
- Cooperation with auditors during the audit of the financial statements, assistance in the preparation of notes to the financial statements
- Issuing sales invoices in SAP
Our requirements
- University degree in accounting or finance or accounting qualification
- Minimum 1,5-year experience in accounting
- Experience in fixed assets process
- Knowledge of polish accounting and tax regulations
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and English is a must (min. B2)
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- Attention to details, self-reliance in work
- Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
