Your responsibilities

  • Processing, raising and posting of multi-currency customer invoices onto accounting system;

  • Journal preparation and posting;

  • Responsible for ensuring internal processing and authorization processes are adhered to and to follow up any variation with Internal departments;

  • Act as main point of contact for all supplier and customer queries including timely reconciliation;

  • Dealing with internal/external customer queries;

  • Participation in the month-end closing process (booking of reserves and accruals, reconciliation of accounts);

  • Preparation of relevant tax information (including VAT returns);

  • Ensuring compliance of accounting records with tax regulations;

  • Reconciliation of balances of receivables;

  • Preparation of sales reports;

  • Support in debt collection processes.

Our requirements

  • Min. 1 year of experience in work in accounting;

  • Higher education (preferred fields of study: finance, economy);

  • Very good command of the English language;

  • Polish language C1 or native level;

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (knowledge of Navision will be an asset);

  • Knowledge of legal regulations related to VAT in the European Union;

  • Independence, good organization of work;

  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues;

  • Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail;

  • Ability to cope with high volume processing in a fast-paced environment

  • Quick availability to start work.
