Your responsibilities
CyberVadis is looking for an enthusiastic junior accountant. The position would report to the Group Accounting Manager and be responsible for supporting three Cybervadis entities.
Core responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)
Accounts payable tasks:
• Verifying and booking purchase invoices as well as credit memos
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts for month-end close
• Verifying and booking expense reports, incl. following-up with employees/managers
• Identifying invoices to be paid and preparing payment runs
Bank & payments tasks:
• Applying AP and AR payments to invoices
• Booking bank statements and statements from payment platforms
• Reconciling bank statements for month-end close
• Undeposited funds reconciliation (cheques booking)
• Clearing internal transfer accounts, incl. follow-up if needed
Fixed assets:
• Creating fixed assets and monitoring the equipment register
• Booking depreciation and reconciling the fixed assets register for month-end close
Ad hoc tasks & project work:
• Assistance in implementing and optimizing the group purchase approval process
• Preparing and developing reports required by internal and external stakeholders
• Plus actively participating in any future projects to ensure statutory and IFRS compliance in the dynamic world of finance, accounting and taxes.
Our requirements
Ideally familiarity with the Netsuite ERP but if that is not the case, we’ll teach you everything
At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting
Preferably familiarity with the SAAS operating model
English and Polish working knowledge is required (at least solid B2).
