Your responsibilities
Posting incoming payments (domestic and foreign) and clarifying unclear payments.
Contacting customers regarding overdue invoices.
Working on the aging list in Excel.
Monitoring customers’ orders, credit limits, payment terms, and risk factors.
Managing the generic mailbox.
Creating tickets in case of system issues.
Reconciling balance sheet accounts from the AR area.
Daily contact with different business areas.
Interacting with internal and external auditors.
Our requirements
First professional experience (e.g. internship).
Knowledge of English (B2/C1).
Knowledge of French (B1/B2).
Good MS Office Skills (Excel, Word).
Knowledge of SAP will be an asset.
Experience in Account Receivable Accounting in a Shared Service organization will be an asset.
Eligibility to work in Poland.
