At the McKinsey EMEA Shared Service Center in Poznań we remotely support colleagues from other parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in areas such as Finance and Reporting, Human Resources, Visual Communication, Business Operations, and Assistant Services.

Tasks:

  • Ensure compliance with country and McKinsey specific accounting, expense regulations and policies.
  • Prepare and process timesheet and expense report transactions for the German offices.
  • Process data and assist in providing basic analytical support, problem solving and data interpretation.
  • Respond to colleagues’ inquiries on financial policies and tools.

Profile:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on Finance & Accounting
  • Basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Analytical thinking and basic problem-solving skills
  • Strong process focus and drive for results
  • Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships
  • Fluent German and good or basic English
