Your responsibilities
Register vendor invoices from different countries (with and without purchase orders)
Match vendor invoices against purchase orders
Send invoices for coding and authorization and assist in coding when necessary
Execute payments to suppliers as well as other non standard payments
Contact vendors
Prepare, reconcile, report and book intercompany, vendor and bank balances
Generate ad-hoc reports for clients and other counterparties
Handle reminders from suppliers
Maintain and update vendor master data
Assist during internal and external auditing
Cooperate with other departments, both internally and with clients
Our requirements
University degree (preferably Economics, Finance, Accounting or related)
Accounting experience would be an advantage
Knowledge of some ERP system will be an advantage
Initiative to investigate and solve problems
Literacy in English (other language would be an asset)
Strong motivation and ability to work with numbers
Willingness to learn and take new responsibilities
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Good skills in MS Office (especialy MS Excel)
Ability to work in stressful environment
Diplomacy and understanding of cultural differences
