Junior Administration & Customer Service Specialist

in Finance & Accounting global department

Main responsibilities:

  • Administration support on a global scale for Finance & Accounting department or Marketing Department (two department options: depending on experience and preference)
  • Communication with internal and external business customers in an efficient and effective manner
  • Business data analysis; resolving queries and assigning other requests to appropriate teams
  • Supporting translation tasks
  • Creation, update and maintenance of data in business systems; resolution of operational issues within the process; creation and distribution of process documentation and complex reports
  • Participation in process improvements and department projects


  • Very good knowledge of English (preferably C1 level)
  • University degree is desirable
  • Keen attention to detail with focus on quality and proven planning & organisational skills 
  • Professional experience in Administration / Finance & Accounting / Customer Service / Master Data / Marketing / Data Analysis / Translations would be an asset
  • Experience with spread sheets, business systems, databases and preparing reports is desirable (experience in SSC/BPO sector would be an asset)
  • Fluent knowledge of one of languages: Norwegian, Dutch, Hungarian, German, French, Romanian, Czech, Turkish is desirable
