Your responsibilities

  • Office and Secretariat services, including:

  • Research and implementation of purchases in accordance with the company’s purchasing policy as well as implementation and co-creation of Administrative Financial Schedules (local and global purchases)

  • Support for local health and safety activities

  • Research and co-organization of local and global events

  • Support for internal and external meetings and training

  • Document circulation, including the circulation of contracts, accounting documents with registration

  • Correspondence handling

  • Local Onboarding of Employees

  • Taking care of the office, including: cooperation with the Technical Team, Cleaning Service, other Service Centers, ad hoc tasks related to the functioning of the office as a workplace and business cards of the company in Łódź / Zielona Góra, office decor, conference room service

  • Support in the organization of local marketing activities and EB

  • Distributing equipment / gadgets to employees in the office

  • Update of the local internal office page (Confluence)

  • Local and global support from the Administration Team

  • Company phone suport

Our requirements

  • Preferred higher education – humanities

  • Knowledge of the English language at the intermediate / advanced level

  • Driving license. B


  • Knowledge of German / French is an asset
