Your responsibilities

  • You will supervise and distribute information in the Company

  • You will manage the main email account

  • You will be responsible for wire transfers and overseeing payments to contractors and employees

  • You will issue invoices and prepare balance sheets, like documentation for accounting

  • You will be maintaining records of invoices and payments

  • You will actively cooperate with the Company departments: Website Management / Social Media / Fitting / Sales / Logistics / Quoting

  • You will delegate and supervise projects as well as tasks carried out by external companies

  • You will be responsible for the allocation of deals for the Sales Department

  • You will manage the calendar of meetings and company events - as well as get involved in the organisation of the latter

  • You will manage job advertisements

  • You will oversee the recruitment process as well as the selection of new people to the team

  • You are disciplined, plan everything and carry out assigned tasks successively until you achieve your goal

  • You are able to make decisions on your own, you do not need much oversight

  • You support and help your colleagues whenever required

  • You are very accurate, pay attention to details and check everything as many times as required to ensure that your task is completed without any mistakes/deficiencies

  • You have an analytical mind, you love numbers, data

  • English at min C1 level (writing as well as speech) + Native Polish

  • You are comfortable with modern software tools - G-suite, Google Drive (Excel), willing to learn new applications
